Not a very captivating story for sure but it is a haunting experience to watch this movie.
It was a really original well thought movie, from the incredible shot compositions to the constant disturbing sounds in the background, drawing your attention away from the βsurface storyβ to the one you can only hear.

Poor Things 2023
Not quite sure if my understanding of the story is the correct one but I do believe this movie is a work of art, and consequently open to diverse interpretations.
Beyond the themes of empowerment/freedom, which have been the most discussed, I found a lot more present in the movie, such as social issues the world faces.
The unique cinematography, such as the peculiar and disturbing content for sure contributed to the artistry and impact of the movie.
I highly recommend it!
