I was so freaking worried for this little pack!!!!!! My anxiety was over the roof. But honestly I loved it, I think the animation was great, the micro expressions on animals faces were priceless. The end was quite mysterious, and bittersweet but very appropriate to the theme of laws of nature and cycle of life - your life means someone’s death. Anyway, very happy this film got many awards, I even managed to see the actual Golden Globe, this film have won, in Riga, which makes me even happier.

Standing Up for Sunny 2019
I knew this girl was written by a man before I checked it. Quirky manic pixie dream girl with space buns who “smells like the best cereal” and has tragic backstory of abuse. Nevertheless, it’s a cozy romantic comedy even if the characters are traumatized and definitely need more therapy

The Brutalist 2024
The actual heaviness of this film resembles the buildings Laszlo designed. The weight of expectations, trauma and humiliation is unbearable at times. The tragedy of being tolerated, but not seen as human being, almost crushes you by the end of the film. Also major TW of sexual violence.
