Even for a sci-fi alien movie the story feels a bit moronic, the characters are pretty much one-dimensional, the battle tactics are probably made up by someone who played Streetfighter too much as a kid and the rest of the script is completely predictable. But is it unavoidably awesome to watch in an IMAX theatre? Yes. Yes, it is.
