fantastic. symbolism was amazing in showing the contrast of peace and war. fascinating and horrifying at the same time. said to be the most accurate film about the vietnam war and it is amazing. joker truly described the movie all on his helmet “born to kill” with a peace symbol button, you can see what they become as boot camp ends and war begins. Purely defines the true duality of man. all i could say when it was over was, wow.

so aesthetically pleasing to watch with a STACKED cast. love the little comical moments that make u giggle (as per usual w wes anderson). but never felt super connected to what was going on and felt like there was something i didn’t understand. the dialogue also seemed so empty and detached
