  this was my first time watching anything david lynch and at first I really didn't think I was going to click with it - I thought the dialogue was insanely bad and annoying at the time but looking back on it now I think a lot more fondly of it because the progression of the plot was so insane and so memorable. would be interesting to rewatch with that in mind
