  The white saviour trope was annoying and especially frustrating after reading Biko and the strength of the Black Consciousness movement during this time. The context of its production, a New Afrikan woman using hollywood stars to raise awareness for our people in South Africa comes with inevitable concessions.  Nevertheless the content is honest in its brutality of the demonic western apartheid settler project.
