  Like Spirited Away, Moving contains some wonderfully poetic and fantastical moments. The scene near the end in which the girl in the film metaphorically comes of age is especially full of symbolic and otherwordly elements.
  The film does an amazing job capturing from a child's pov the emotional and psychological side-effects of divorce. I could see Kore-eda making a sober, unsentimental film like this.
