  Really stunning use of lighting, color, and sound throughout the movie. I came away with questions about faith, gender, and especially the role of women in the Christian church in particular (and Abrahamic faith, broadly). I actually can’t think of a single thing I would change about this movie.  All of the decisions here feel purposeful, and I love that it was able to deliver such a solid narrative in just under 2 hours. So far, this is my best motion picture pick!

  This movie is a warm blanket, and I put it on anytime I'm sick. There is something so sincere and heartwarming about this little made-for-TV style movie set in a small Montana community that wholeheartedly embraces its queer characters without question. This movie reminds me that love and community can be found at any age. I've seen it an embarrassing number of times.
