  The Women except now there are men and it’s a musical, but not really enough of one (Ann Miller is in this and she’s not even wearing her tap shoes, Dolores Gray sings over the opening credits but gets no other numbers). Amazing cast but a lot of them are criminally underused. Joan Blondell is just kind of there and Ann Sheridan exists to be cooler than everyone but her character could have been cut out of the film and…

  Today I learned that Elliott Gould got his start in musical theater. Carol Burnett is a powerhouse but I already knew that.
