  Honestly, alongside Spider-man 2 by Raimi, the best superhero movie.

  I gave it a rewatch after I heard a take describe it as “Adam West Batman by way of Fincher.” This movie is so incredibly campy and pulpy but pulls it off in part because it plays it straight and with sincerity.
