  Movie wise- kinda dog, way too cinematic, way too long with a bad script and a disappointingly lackluster attempt at social commentary. The scapegoating thing unfortunately doesn’t work, feels like white liberalism rather than real commentary, misses the mark. Like, the scapegoat thing was too forced, a real and genuine problem in our world, but wasn’t addressed enough to make sense in the world. They focused so much on the music and production, the plot and tensions got pushed to the side, in a 2 hr 40 min part one movie. 5/10

  Movie musical wise- fine, better than most. 8/10
