I will not stand any slander on this film.

Some films are complete comfort films, and this is one for me.

Yes, Sandler just fancied a holiday in Africa, so got the idea together for that, and yes, it is silly, goofy and low brow, but my god it's a great time.

Shout out to Joel McHale doing what he does best and playing an utterly despicable scumbag in the little time he gets.

    🎶 We are Blended 🎶

Terry Crews gets me every time.

I definitely feel like this film is/was underappreciated.

Technically, it's an absolute beast. Not a moment is wasted, not a stone unturned. There's detail and passion in ever single second of the film.

Tension is palpable. You feel like you're in the midst of this seemingly inescapable warzone.

Performances are spot on. Nobody takes the limelight. It's just solid performances across the board.

The way the stories blend together, and the different POVs intertwine is so interesting from a story aspect.

Sound design and score is phenomenal.

    Nolan is the man.

    A masterpiece.

Sometimes the best thing to do is go in with no knowledge. I fully recommend that with this film.

Just be prepared for an absolutely wild ride, and one of the best performances this year.

Seriously, if the Best Actress category wasn't so stacked this year, Emma Stone would be an absolute certainty. I'd still give her it, to be honest.

A brave, masterful acting performance, that uses every ounce of her physical being to transform into Bella…

    Absolute masterpiece.

Cemented Edgar Wright as an absolute genius.

So much wee directorial flourishes and nods that make it such an easy film to rewatch.

    Ridiculous cast too.

    Almost as good as Paul.
