Anouk's the poster girl, but Roland's the star
It was disappointing that most of the tributes to Anouk Aimée following her death earlier this year showed her as the corseted and stockinged Lola the nightclub dancer in this early outing. She never looks comfortable in this get-up, and most of her fans would rather remember her fully-clothed as the mysterious and troubled Anne in A Man and a Woman.
