it still hits me with a hug such as the og series but indeed wrapped in barbed wire as Lynch sung. Some of the blur in the lore of s1 was very satisfyingly resolved and the mysterious mischievous aura of Laura Palmer as a person revealed but I suspect that some details did not align to the murder event. First They Killed My Father 2017
Cambodia lore-scope into Khmer Rouge, it's set in the lense of a little girl. The film becomes very disorientating in the latter, I think that was the intent. A dark part of history that may not necessarily live in the Western hive mind - it's an insightful look into a story of a middle class family in Phnom Penh, and marched into the work camps.
