The Apartment 1960
I read the script for this movie a few months ago and after watching it now I have the same feeling.
It starts a bit slow, but once the love triangle gets introduced it’s one of the most tightly wound, amazingly structured, and satisfying films.
There are so many set ups and pay offs. The dialogue is incredible, such iconic lines, with memorable word play.
The acting is sharp and fun, with some really clever blocking choices, direction wise. Or cinematography…
