the costuming, set design, literal penguins with rockets strapped to them….. make for endlessly fascinating aesthetics. love the line where batman is like i exist to stop property damage….and then he told max that whether or not he was behind the scenes there would be a mayor….. like he’s just another villain just one who loves decorum.
