A stylish, suave affair, Black Bag focuses on the interpersonal relationships of its characters over flashy action sequences. It’s a slow burn and an enjoyable watch, you just have to look past Naomi Harris’ weird accent changes and a sudden tonal shift in the middle.

Mickey 17 2025
Mickey 17 has a fun story, some great laughs and a brilliant performance from Robert Pattinson.
It would have benefitted from trying to tackle less topics though. Had it picked one theme to tackle (cloning, capitalism, nature) it could have really offered something refreshing. Instead, none of its philosophical takes ever really go anywhere and it lacks a proper commentary. In this case, less is more.
That said, if you go into the film just looking for a fun time, you won’t be disappointed.
