Maybe we all just need to start wearing short shorts and doing power stances more
First Kurosawa film and I absolutely loved it. Perfect length, good flow from point to point, stupid antics from C-3PO and R2D2’s funny dumbass cousins, a badass samurai general, huge scale of sets and extras, great messages about a variety of life topics, and an ending that tied it up nicely

Alright don’t lie to yourself, that was some shitass acting in the first 7/8 of the movie. Honestly wanted to make me turn it off, only kept it on cuz of the David Lynch effect. This movie was complete ass until the 45 minute mark. I really wanted to like it but man it makes you want to hate it for the first hour
Probably one of the most disturbing on-screen deaths I’ve ever seen. Lack of music for almost the whole film added another layer of tension
