  Too long but never really got boring either. The movie is a mess visually and narratively but it mostly works. Butler is great and Hanks did well as a hammy version of the colonel.

  The way that people talked about this movie I had assumed it would be more entertaining. Fun in the bad way. It was just boring and ugly to look at. Imagine making a mob movie this uninteresting. I did laugh whenever Travolta pronounced Cosa Nostra. That’s really it though.
