  Bong Joon Ho did his thing with this, loved the humor and loved how the cast all really fully bought into their characters.   haunting and beautiful. perfectly modernizes the classic story. some of the best gothic horror i’ve ever seen, and the best horror film of the year. Bill Skarsgård is an absolute force as Orlok and is completely unrecognizable. let Robert Eggers do whatever he wants.
