A very interesting concept with its themes of "expendable" and "multiples," set in a sci-fi and dystopian atmosphere infused with a satirical take on our current political system (which, to me, feels like a clear nod to Trump). It’s also thought-provoking to see the idea that the new and the unknown are not always something to fear. Plus great casting, with Mark Ruffalo, Toni Collette and great acting performance from Robert Pattinson (even to changing his voice).
Who does not like a good old Bridget Jones come back 🫶🏻
Definitely a feel good movie, that got me from giggles to teary eyes, as an imperfect rom com should.
Loved the empowerment it provides to more mature women and the anti-angism messages in the movie! 🤜🏻🤛🏻
