no ega siin küll väga midagi pold. vahendeid oli tüüpidel küll palju, aga kõik kukkus suvaliselt välja. nigeerias käimise fakt oli lahe. ei saandki sellest iroonia kasutusest täpselt nagu aru, kus ütlevad algul et kõik eesti film on nii pask ja igav enne neid aga lõpuks ütleb tanel toom neile nende oma filmi lõpus et mingit sisu sel filmil väga polnud. ega igat saamatust ka pulli tegemisega välja vabandada saa

Mixed feelings but there was enough great stuff to still warrant 3,5/5. Ratings are dumb and hard sometimes and this is one of those times.
The acting was all brilliant and so much of the film was very funny and sweet and I really liked how the boys’ characters were all written to be extremely nice and caring with each other, even to an extent I suspect to be unrealistic, but I haven’t been in an all boys prep school…Translated from by

The Waterfowl People 1970
Canonical anthropological documentary. At first I thought I won’t rate at all out of some kind of respect but I’ll do it to balance out the low ratings by my dear Estonian middle schoolers who were forced to watch it and expressed their boredom via a 1-star review.
