Kingsman: The Secret Service 2014
In the tradition of films by Matthew Vaughan comes the action packed, British in-your-face film, Kingsman. This film has everything we've come to see from the director of Kick Ass. Eating Raoul 1982
Take a little bit of Sweeney Todd, a dash of hipsterism, and splash of dry comedy, you will get Eating Raoul. Eating Raoul is probably one of the best independent comedies ever, and hasn't seen since. Classic underground, let's get our friends and make a movie, kind of movie. Brilliant writing, funny performances from Paul Bartel and Mary Wornowav. It's one of my influential films. Paul and Mary have great on camera chemistry. Almost sitcomy, in a way. A masterpiece.

The Elephant Man 1980
Can't believe it took me this long to see this movie. It moved me to the point of tears. Excellent cinematography, brilliant performance by John Hurt as the Elephant Man, John Merrick, and stellar director by David Lynch. I loved the feel of this film. The pacing reminded me of old Universal monster movies from the 1940s. I'm a sucker for black and whire films. A must see!
