Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me 1992
So it took me two viewings to fully reach this conclusion but that is genuinely one of the most deeply unsettling and disturbing pieces of fiction I've ever consumed. The perfect combination of my favourite horrors; fear of the unknown, existential dread, and the deep terrors of humanity and human will. Sheryl Lee deserves absolutely every award for this one.
