Really good film, just let down by some absolutely wacky editing at times, but nonetheless an incredible (true) story that brutally shows an amazing journey and one of the most under-acknowledged stories of the second world war.

The dynamics of the crew are really what makes this film, for me~ the action falls a little flat... Theres not much you can show about a slow novijg metal box with a cannon, though maybe it could be improved by more internal camera shots, loading, firing etc.

The Platform 2 2024
The start had so much potential, the thoughts of law and order vs freedom could have brought itself to something great. The platform feels like it could be used to explore human instinct and psychology, but instead Platform 2 leans into some rather strange WTFness~ with the second act.
So really, the first act is strong, giving great potential, yet somehow the writers managed to lose all that momentum and fall while they had gold. Such a shame.
