  I rewatched the director’s cut of Dark City the other night and was, once again, blown away by how creative it is.

  I can’t think of another film with such a distinct personality. Everything from the set design to the special effects just oozes with style. I also love the use of models and miniatures — they really help to bring the city to life. Watching this film, you truly feel like you’ve been transported to the dark, dingy world…
