This movie was so bad it actually made me angry. There isn't a single likeable character in it, they're all scumbags who lie, cheat and use each other with no regard for the consequences of their actions. There are no redeeming qualities, the whole film feels rushed and slapped together in a way that's almost incoherent. It's practically impossible to decipher the reasoning behind why the characters do the things they do.

Absolutely terrible movie in terms of plot, acting, sound composition and overall coherence. It completely pales in comparison compared to the original in every way.
The first thing I noticed is that Gladiator 2 suffers from the modern movie disease of having terrible sound design, half the time you can't hear a thing the actors are saying and have to rewind to catch important plot points. Good luck if you don't have subtitles.
