  embarrassingly enough, i spent a good chunk of the movie convincing my brain claude is played by young alice pieszecki, and only gave up when the giant messy pink evidentiary proof of her totally not being in a starring role hit me in the face. and same goes…

  love it when they cast actors for roles where they share the same religious background as their characters. for example here, the two leads playing mormon missionaries both had a mormon upbringing. and hugh grant, as well, plays a misanthrope.

  solid low-budget thriller. my favourite part was that every fifteen minutes or so, the director would remember the title of the movie, and everyone would be shown sweating in tandem.
