Yeah, not a fan.. I mean French people who speak British, the historical inaccuracy are one thing. But those would be forgivable if the film itself was great but it also lacks in that department. The dialogue is rough, sometimes even childish. The story structure just sucks and the ending makes you question the time that you just invested in watching the film, but go have a watch for yourself.

Gladiator II 2024
The Film is an absolute spectacle, the fight scènes are massive, but the characters are just not engaging enough. The film does not create the same emotions as the first one. The Nemesis isn’t really a Nemesis, the bad guys aren’t really bad just annoying, and the real villain gets only revealed at the end. Also the main character has such a big mood switch halfway through which isn’t properly motivated. The only problem with the massive battles is that the GCI effects are really obvious so it takes away the realism and the stakes of the scenes.
