I enjoyed the directing and acting of this film however, there are some big plot holes that just really wound me up.
It happens sort of throughout the film I guess but it's when detective Loki is speaking to the aunt about his suspect (Paul Dano) and learns that he is Alex Jones and he has the IQ of a ten year old boy. Why were no background checks done on the suspect or the aunt or even the husband…
