went to an amc screen unseen and it was this movie which i have never heard of, so it was interesting to go into this knowing less than nothing. it’s very cute and funny and doesnt really try to do anything other than be a nice feel good movie, which i appreciated. we mustn’t forget the art of simple feel good movies.

wanted a quick late night movie i could throw on and half watch and saw that it had a strangely goated cast so i decided to watch and… dawg this is straight dookie water from a toilet… i do not understand why Parker, Lisa, Dean, Brian, and Edie allowed themselves to be apart of this. bad script that im 90% sure was mostly written by ChatGPT, the two lead guys collectively cannot deliver a single believable line to save their lives, and it is just remarkably unremarkable. lackluster as shit. also was apparently filmed an hour away from my hometown smh bringing disrespect to massachusetts

This is the WORST FUCKING MOVIE I’VE SEEN IN SO LONG. Who the ABSOLUTE FUCK wrote this script. It is AWFUL. The cinematography is fucking WHACK. I’m giving it one star because I like Stranger Things and Finn Wolfhard is in this. Even though he can’t act for shit in this. I feel bad for everyone who worked on this shitshow that has BARELY any plot, none of it connects, and the ending is COMICALLY atrocious. I can’t believe I’m saying this but I had a better time in the theater during Cats™ (2019) even though that movie genuinely scarred me for life.
