Nearly perfect movie, here are the only three things I didnt really like, and those are a product of the time: the only character of color with a speaking role, Annie, is a maid. And she’s pretty stereotypical in a lot of ways and not a multi dimensional character. Also Mary’s sad ending was that she didn’t marry and became a librarian instead? Doesn’t seem so bad to me? I l know it hurts George because he loves her but…
