  This was a movie I watched with my grandparents. Don't know why they wanted to watch it but I appreciated spending time with them.

  It is very bad. Basic, boring cop drama. Dirty cop tries to frame his murders on his alcoholic partner and the only person on the case is this dumb forensic scientist detective wannabe who ends up sleeping with the "attractive" "charming" dirty cop.

  Very dumb. Very boring. Looks like a tv movie. Don't watch.
