Annihilation 2018
No movie captures cosmic horror perfectly, but Annihilation is easily the closest I've seen one get.
Cosmic horror as a genre to me is so much more than just fear of the cosmos. It's fear of what you don't understand, fear of comprehension, and the existential crisis or nihilistic feeling you'd get when faced with something that views you and all of humanity as no more than ants to be steamrolled over..
