That kinda reminded me of Naked Lunch, but maybe because I was in a fever dream when I watched it, so I don't really know, what was part of the movie and what was part of my brain.

If you ignore that Anora is in love with this guy without a reasonable motivation (like we are really supposed to believe she loves him, but why???) and the problematic casting of russian regime actors, you have a great movie with brilliant dialogues, funny and fast paced scenes, great acting, an entertaining plot, sometimes cheesy music (and unsurprisingly a lot of male gaze, but it's a film about a hooker from a male director, what do you expect).
