When people talk about perfect films, this is one of the first films that come to mind for me.
The score is the best it's ever been, Yoda is one of the best characters of all time, nearly every line of dialogue is completely iconic.
Even the effects haven't aged badly at all 40 years later.
Even though I adore the first Star Wars film, I've always had some gripes with it that I tend to look past because of how influential and iconic that film is.
If A New Hope is a flawed masterpiece, then Empire Strikes Back is just a masterpiece.
