Nocturnal Animals 2016
I loved the way it looked - the stark distinction of the artsy, pretentious, and dark reality versus the bright, bland, desert country of the novel. Every actor was great, especially Michael Shannon, and surprisingly, Aaron Taylor-Johnson. Leaves some space to think, not an annoying cliff-hanger. Amy Adams was great, and Jake was even better.
