I love this short so much. One of my earliest film memories is watching Jason and the Argonauts, mainly because it’s one of my Dads favourite films, so seeing a stop motion skeleton makes me so happy.

Even though it’s only 12 minutes long it tells such an important story, that being that incredible effects work such as stop motion, animatronics, creature costumes and cell animation done by incredible people are being chased out of Hollywood in favour of all green screen and cgi.

Definitely watch this even if you only have the smallest interest in VFX and the film industry as a whole

I need all 3 of them for different reasons

After a week and a bit of being in a fucky headspace, u really needed this

I don’t think I’ve as invested in fucking tennis as I have with this film. Honestly, could take or leave the human drama

The score Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross is fucking ethereal like omg it’s fucking gorgeous

Also, they did the Saw method of de-aging a person, simply have them wear a backwards cap.

Yeah, this movie exists for sure. I was entertained for some of it. Gore was cool. I liked Frank and his weird English accent (if you can call it that) and Noel was weird and then I warmed up to him

    Jesus.

What a deeply important series on knife crime within the UK and how young boys can be so easily manipulated by the bullshit people post online about what a man should and shouldn’t be. I don’t think I’ve been as tense watching a series as I have during this, episode 3 especially.

Owen Cooper has a very very bright future ahead of him. What an incredible debut performance. He is definitely the stand out performance but everyone else is just as incredible. Stephen Graham is a northern treasure.
