This was a fun watch, Ayo as Ariel is such a good POV character because for once in a movie, our protagonist is questioning the things going on around her. Her being a middled person gives her agency because she’s never been down but she’s never been up, as a blank canvas she’s able to perceive the things around her for what they are, and this is highlighted in any conversation she has with Meretti. …

This is a perfect satirization of the current political climate while also being applicable to any time. The combined realistic depiction of the many parts of a workforce paired with an incompetent leader hellbent on perfection leads to a very fun ride. Pattinson gives an amazing dual performance, really showing off his talent as both 17 and 18.
