Would not recommend watching this movie on a plane. I was seriously considering how the in-flight entertainment would feel when I turned it off. Visually stunning. HAL was the most personable character. I’m left wondering if the space baby is supposed to symbolize my lost sanity.

I missed the first 30 minutes so I have no idea why the movie is called the green mile. When Michael Clarke Duncan grabbed Tom Hanks’ balls and then he went home and banged his wife until dawn I knew this movie was special. 5/5 would watch Mr Jingles come back from the dead and Percy have a thousand flies swarm down his throat again. The scene where Paul asks John what he should say to God after executing one of his miracle workers is simply amazing. The ending is brilliant and tragic. Excellent film
