Ghost: Rite Here Rite Now 2024
I liked this a lot less the second time around and probably would have ranked it slightly lower on my 2024 Movie Rankings list on the channel. The non-concert narrative segments really drag this movie down. I hate that we outright miss guitar solos or even entire songs (Miasma for example) so we can get corny lore dumps. I wish there was an alternate cut of the film that just served as a concert film first and foremost with no narrative bits holding it down. Still a lot of fun though!

Love Hurts 2025
This genuinely feels like a fake movie that characters in a real movie would watch in a theater or on TV or something. However, I do think that the stunt work and fight choreography is absolutely incredible. Everything feels so fluid. It’s extremely well done. Ke Huy Quan does a good job with what he’s given. It was also funny seeing former Seattle Seahawks player Marshawn Lynch show up. Beyond that, the writing is atrocious. The direction is extremely bland.
Also, adding this to the list of “movies set in Milwaukee, WI that were absolutely not filmed in Milwaukee, WI”.
