It’s a little heavy on the Freud
Act II might’ve been necessary, but it didn’t do it for me
There is a trickiness to this movie. It treats mental illness as a thing to escape. I get it was made in the 70s, but as someone who has experienced living with people with mental instability there is an unease to me while watching this.
