Magnolia 1999
It's my favorite film of all time, and has been for a few years now. First time I saw it I thought it was pretty good, not that amazing. A second viewing increased my appreciation by a lot. By the fourth viewing it was my favorite film of all time, and keeps getting better with rewatches.
It's a deeply emotional film, with phenomenal performances from everyone in the (really large) cast. The religious and spiritual undertones are also done spectacularly well!
