Really liked this, however, better actors (honestly thought the child had one of the better performances) and more focused cinematography (some shots reminded me of mockumentary TV shows ala Arrested Development or The Office) could have taken this to another level. Very much a Stephen King story, take that for what you will.

Airheads 1994
Entertaining enough but not particularly funny which seems like (by far) the most important criteria for this kind of movie. For a movie staring Adam Sandler during this period, I see why no one talks about this compared to Happy Gilmore or Billy Madison. Although in all fairness, Brendan Fraiser is the star here so those may be an unfair comparisons.

The Batman 2022
Well shot and acted but far too long. It’s cliche filled and about as ‘dark’ as the Nolan ones, this movie does do moments of levity better/more often. I’m glad to see they didn’t manage to be even bleaker than The Dark Knight and company. It’s a Batman movie, you have a decent idea of what you’re getting, and my fat ass will be in the seats for the next one
