  i’m on my pride and prejudice grind and i gotta say this one (as the first ever) was wonderful! the way the adaptation simplified the story makes a ton of sense for the early 1900s, and everyone was the most gorgeous person i’d ever seen!

  if anyone has another version send it my way lol

  This movie was nothing like I thought it would be, but infinitely better. The cinematography alone was enough to make me love it- the still shots of nature, the long zoom-out of an impossibly big apartment multiplex, etc. It was visually stunning. Il Mio Babbino Caro played during the opening, and there wasn’t a more perfect choice. However, I was questioning the whole time if this actually was a documentary.
