I watched Breakdown a couple years ago and thought it was awesome. Since then I’ve been trying to get my mum to watch it so I could show somebody how awesome Breakdown is. Finally shared the awesomeness today.
Mannnn this movie is so great. I love that in the 90s someone could just drop a movie like this under the radar and it would just casually be one of the most well made thrillers of all time.

My god, what a wild ride this was!!
I pretty much picked Kaun? completely at random when I was looking for an Indian horror movie for Hooptober.. and boy am I glad I did. There’s not much I love more than De Palma doing De Palma things. Sublime and inventive cinematography with a nifty little twisty story. Add an amazing Nick Cage performance and baby, you’ve got a stew going.
Hooptober has given me nothing but home runs so far.
