  Habe den Film zusammen mit meiner Mama geschaut, die seit über 30 Jahren in der Pflege arbeitet. Und genau das ist ihr Alltag. Personalmangel, Ärzte die nicht richtig kommunizieren und krasse Schicksalsschläge die ein und aus gehen und dabei steht's immer freundlich bleiben und sich auch Zeit für die Patienten nehmen. 

  Der Titel wirklich passend gewählt, denn die Menschen die in der Pflege arbeiten sind wahrlich Helden!

  I am so torn. 
  One one hand I loved how the film was made and how it looked.
  But then both story lines were so weird. And I unfortunately didn't feel the love between these characters, especially between Faye and Cop 663, everybody else is feeling. I just didn't care about the characters that much. But maybe the film will grow on me one day, who knows...

  And if I have to listen to California Dreamin' one more time today I'll smash something. Enough is enough

  Der Film war nicht ganz das, was ich erwartet habe, aber trotzdem habe ich einen unfassbar guten Film bekommen. Ich habe mit mehr Drama-Aspekt gerechnet, aber neben dem ernsten Thema der Klassengesellschaft gabs eine große Prise Humor dazu - Ich hatte Spaß. Und die Credits (die ohne Musik gestaltet waren) haben nochmal dazu beigetragen, dass ich erstmal eine Minute still im Sitz saß und den Film und das Ende kurz verarbeiten musste.

  Beautiful and heartwarming but sometimes heartbreaking movie.
  The characters are fantastic. You learn all their problems and struggles and only wish them the best.
  And there is one thing I learned from this movie: I want to see Paul Giamatti, Dominic Sessa and Da'Vine Joy Randolph in many many new movies. They were astounding and their chemistry on screen is truly amazing.
