  Cheers to my first Wes Anderson film! 🥂  I have to preface by saying I don’t know anything so I went into this not expecting of anything. A few parts seemed a little slow but it still managed to keep me interested. The casting was brilliant, so many wonderful actors who created a work of art.. no pun intended. I now can’t wait to get into more Wes Anderson films as I’m sure he’s created so many other wonderful works.

  I think the reason I love this movie so much is that fact I was Moonee, I saw myself in this little girl and it almost hurts. This was such a raw and real masterpiece. This is now definitely one of my comfort movies, also Bria did one hell of an acting job for it being her first time with no prior experience, truly couldn't have picked a better acting for mom and daughter. Willem Dafoe and the bird scene will now live rent free in my head forever, God I love him.
