As an Aussie I had to wait for A24 to remember Australia was a country and release this movie nearly A YEAR after it premiered in America. Honestly, not as good as I thought it would be. Mia Goth is of course fucking brilliant and the Direction mixed with the technical aspects all came together nicely but like, I dunno, it was just a little underwhelming. Honestly the Gator is the true horror icon here, the homie was cool as fuck.

Wishmaster 4 is just Wishmaster 3 but better. I've never cared about romcoms or love stories but for some reason Wishmaster 4 actually made me give a shit. I don't know why but for some reason I cared about are main character, her issues with her boyfriend and the Djinn who, yep you probably didn't guess it, is part of a weird love triangle. Better kills/effects then 3, goofy British man replaced with a much better cast dude who is genuinely great in the film and also an angel gets reanimated from a statue and has a sword fight with the Djinn 2/5.
Another classic zombie movie with awesome ideas, acting can get goofy but the pay offs are great, Bub is a straight up g.
