All-star cast strung together a compelling tragicomedy storyline with a vague critique on the American dream. Lots of characters, each with their own relatively significant tragedy going on, made it at times feel as though it was stretched a bit thin, but epic climax brought it all together. Will never not love Steve Carell.

Barking Dogs Never Bite 2000
Adding this one to show off my film-viewership diversity. Another Bong Joon Ho masterpiece that felt almost Guy Ritchie-esque (minus all the Cockney slang and gang violence, obviously) in how masterly sections of the storyline coalesced at the end. Use of physical spaces/levels - in particular 'the underground' - to represent morality of action another key theme present across his movies. Bit slow at times but the ending was just fantastic.
